Parts & Workmanship – We warranty our workmanship individually for  each customer. The warranty time or miles, whichever comes first determines in the payment invoice. Upon completion of service on your vehicle, you will receive an invoice outlining the warranty on the service, which is based on verbal agreement between Continental Truck Services and the client. The exact warranty period varies by case and will be indicated on the invoice that you receive. During the warranty period, Continental Truck Services will repair, at no additional cost, parts that prove defective due to improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in workmanship by Continental Truck Services. We do not warranty parts – parts manufacturers warranty their products through our suppliers.

What To Do If There’s A Problem – If you experience an issue directly related to work that was recently performed by Continental Truck Services, contact us immediately to arrange for diagnostics to check for and verify a warrantable failure. In most cases, warrantable failures can be addressed at no additional cost to you (except consumables such as fluids, etc. that are often not covered under warranties). Do not contact a third party. A third party involvement will void the warranty. Do not continue to drive with a known problem. Collateral damage caused by continued driving with a known problem may void the warranty. In cases where your vehicle becomes undrivable due to a warrantable failure, Continental Truck Services will cover the cost of towing your vehicle to our shop.

No Third Party Involvement – If you perform any repair or maintenance work on a vehicle we are working on (which is defined as “from the moment we start to the moment we finish, regardless of any intermediate delays, pauses, or wait time”), all warranties are null and void, regardless of the specific service and whether it impacts our work in any way. This is not negotiable and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
